What really separates TFN’s S+C from other gyms’ classes is our programming. No generic workouts written up on a board for all to do, TFN assesses all individuals and customizes programs based on both the individuals needs and wants.

While the session may be class based, it is very much an independent training session.

All clients track each workout to ensure progress is made week to week, and all sessions are supervised to ensure the highest standards are kept throughout every session.

Intensity is expected, but flawless technique is demanded. The combination of these two principles ensures not only progress for the client in terms of strength and body composition, but also ensures longevity in their training careers.

Training programs are continuously assessed and updated, ensuring your training remains progressive and challenging.
